Merit Scholarships
ENCOURAGING TALENT – OUR MERIT SCHOLARSHIPS
Thanks to the high commitment and dedication of the Landheim’s posterity fund particularly gifted students are supported financially in the spirit of encouraging excellence.
Partial merit scholarships are offered to students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement and have enrolled in the Landheim between grades three and eleven. There is no legal entitlement to such scholarship based on financial need.
Students must maintain a grade point average of 2.0 (A-) or better in order to keep a merit scholarship over a succession of school years.
Students displaying outstanding talent and achievement in the arts, music or athletics are also eligible to apply for merit scholarships.
Merit scholars are additionally expected to demonstrate a high level of commitment to and involvement in Landheim community life.
Currently typical merit scholarship consists of an 8000 Euro reduction of the annual school tuition and boarding fees.
